As a break from the pressures of the competition, and before I get back to the Daedalus Ward Project - I decided to do some very simple 'landscapes' with veg that I have in my fridge... I want to do three - as a triptych - and am in the middle of drawing the third one. They are done with compressed charcoal on Fabriano paper and are approximately 13 x 15 inches unframed.
